Read this entire form first and then make sure you have all your materials ready to upload BEFORE you begin to fill out this form, you will not be able to save things and come back later. YOU WILL BE EMAILING YOUR IMAGES AS ATTACHMENTS AS DIRECTED BELOW. YOU WILL BE UPLOADING ANY TEXT FILES (e.g STATEMENT) WITHIN THE FORM DIRECTLY. Be sure you have correctly prepared your images. All images should be in JPEG (.jpg) format (see below under Images section). Try to keep the file size below around 300 kB (kilobytes) each or they will take an unnecessarily long time for you to send them and to receive them for processing. Of course, it's still OK if they're larger, just be prepared to wait a while for uploading. If you are planning on submitting any text files such as a statement, bio, etc., make sure they are either in Microsoft Word (.doc), Rich Text Format (.rtf), or plain text (.txt) format. If you are submitting a RESUME, a pdf (Adobe Acrobat) file is desirable, but it can also be submitted as a Word, Rich Text Format, or text document and a pdf will be made for you. Please enter all your information completely and accurately. Some fields have example format filled out for you so you can better understand the form and type of information needed. IMAGES:

Submit 3 images of your work that look good together. They should be cohesive and look clean and professional on one page. Your images should be in JPEG (.jpg) format and no side should be less than 400 pixels. Save with MAXIMUM jpeg quality. (For example: if your image is square, your smallest allowable jpeg would be at least 400 pixels x 400 pixels saved at 80% quality ("Maximum" setting). If your image was twice as high as it is wide, your smallest allowable jpeg would be at least 800 pixels high x 400 pixels wide. Note that dpi (dots per inch) is irrelevant here, pay attention to pixel size only when making your images). If you are not sure how to make good quality images for the Web, download this tutorial prepared by Satre (file is a 1.3 MB Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file). IMPORTANT: your file names should include your LAST NAME ONLY and the image number. For example, if your name was Leonardo DaVinci, you should name your files "davinci1.jpg", "davinci2.jpg", and "davinci3.jpg" accordingly. FOLLOW THIS NAMING CONVENTION PRECISELY PLEASE! DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR FIRST NAME, CAPITAL LETTERS, OR TITLES.

SENDING IMAGES:
You will enter information about your images (e.g. titles, etc.) on this form below. You will send your images in a seperate email that will be blank (don't write anything) with your images attached. Email your images as attachments to satre@satre.org. Be sure to name your files correctly before you attach them, e.g. "davinci1.jpg", "davinci2.jpg", "davinci3.jpg". EMAIL THEM NOW and name them correctly. If you do not send them when you submit this form and if you do not name them correctly, it will be extremely difficult if not impossible to match them up to you. If you do not know how to send attachments, consult the directions on your email software. Fill in all information requested below:

SEARCH INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR IMAGES:
This section asks for information that will be used on our search page for people to find your work. You have already entered your name above. Below you will choose your primary media categories and subcategories and enter keywords that describe your work. IMPORTANT: the categories you choose below MUST be consistent with the images you are submitting. That is, if if you do metal sculpture and oil paintings, but only submitted your metal sculpture, you MUST NOT choose "painting" as a media category and you must not choose "oil" as a material. We want viewers of the site to find what they are looking for and it's your responsibility to ensure that happens. Again, only choose categories that appear in your images! If you do not, extraneous categories will be removed from your search information.

KEYWORDS:
Keywords are for the use of people who have a specific theme or interest beyond the general medium or subject. This category gives you the chance to provide every possible word that might pertain to your work. Words from your statements, words that further describe the medium, and anything else that can possibly help someone find your work can and should be included.
For example, if Titian were a member of our Circle, a link to his page would show up in the "paintings" category, and "oil" subcategory. If, for example, he had an image of his "Flaying of Marsyas" painting on his page, Titian could then add the words glazing, mythology, satyr, flaying, torture, blood, gory, gruesome, etc. to his keywords.

Important to note is that external search engines like Google, AltaVista, Yahoo, etc., will be searching the words you enter below so be sure to enter the most important words that describe your work. Most search engines only read the first 5 or so keywords so put your most important keywords first. Enter 5 to 10 words (not phrases, single words only) separated by ONE SPACE (no commas) in the space below:


LINKS ON YOUR PAGE:
You have the opportunity to have up to two external links (e.g. link to your email, link to another Web site) added to your page, AND up to two internal links (e.g. links to other pages within the site such as resume, statement, etc.). In this section you may choose what parts of the form you'd like to fill out.
